Works include rejuvenating the City Tattersalls Club’s lower level premises, ground floor retail, bar, restaurants and ballroom, elegant 50-storey tower featuring 241 high end residential apartments, 101-room hotel, a commercial fitness centre and event spaces that highlight the beautiful historical features of the building’s interiors.
Central were contracted to provide Design adn Construction services on this project.
